Some people don’t consider a broken air conditioning unit an “emergency.” However, some people don’t spend the majority of their year in South Florida. We understand how critical it is to have a working air conditioning at all times; especially if that unit is responsible for dehumidifying.
When an emergency occurs, one of the first things people tend to think of is how much it is going to cost them. We understand that things happen! That is why we do not charge extra just because it is after hours, or on a weekend.
We never charge overtime fees or make you wait till the next business day. We are here for you day or night 24/7. If it's after hours and you are in need of service give us a call.
We also believe in treating you like family. Which means, we want to give you a few tips on things to check before you pick up the phone…
- Are your breakers on?
- Is your thermostat tuned to on and temperature set below actual temperature?
- Do you have a humidistat and is it on?
Try to check these things out first before you call, so we can help to assess the problem, as well and possibly save you some time and money. If however, you find yourself stuck with a broken unit, feel free to give us a call and we would love to help you! |
